The second race for the Young Solar Challenge, with again 8 teams at the start at Zeilcentrum in Grou.

The race started again with the technical inspections, sailing tests and swimming tests. Whereafter, the solar boats and its sailors were ready to race. During this race two race elements were sailed by the teams: an endurance and a sprint. During the endurance the solar boats were sailing over het Pikmeer for one hour. The fastest team was Linde College. Afterwards the teams had to compete in a sprint, which was a knockout competition. The strongest team became Waerdenborch, however Linde College had done well in the sprint as well. Thus, Linde College became the winner of the second Young Solar Challenge held in 2015 in Grou!
